It does its job but it's not strong enough

I bought this for my 15" MacBook Pro as the previous iPad case design stand that I used on my previous 15" MacBook Pro from mid 2015 . The previous one I used was very sturdy and I was able to grab the laptop with one hand and set it on a stand without fiddling with the stand. However, it had a fixed height of 2.5 inches. Pros: - Two height options - Extremely low profile - Light weight - Rubber tabs/knob on the bottom of the stand Cons: - It's prone to twisting/torque/rotation, it's ESPECIALLY noticeable at the highest settings - If you're heavy to use or typing with the MacBook Touch Bar. This is a separate issue. But when I hold the Fn key and reach for the F1F3 keys, the laptop wobbles to the left. This could have been remedied if there had been more support at the bottom for both sides of the stand. If you have a keyboard that stretches from edge to edge of the laptop, good luck! There were a few weak magnets just to hold the shape which would be great. It's a problem when you're on a phone call or something and you have to change your position. One might think that this product was designed for mobile warriors. Overall it's probably great for a 13-inch MacBook Pro or other laptops of this size. Don't even try to use this on anything larger than 15 inches and it also says in the title (15.6 inches) but I wouldn't say it's perfect for 15 inches either. I'm not impressed with this stand, but it's the only one from Revain that meets my usage criteria: 1. Low profile 2. Height adjustable 3. Next to the laptop, the stand should be at least 1 inch wider on each side

Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish
