Review on 🧹 BOSCH BSG71360UC Formula Electro Duo Plus HEPA Canister Vacuum Cleaner: Powerful Performance and Advanced Filtration Technology by Tony Pearson

I bought this vacuum cleaner from a local vacuum cleaner dealer. My husband is from Sweden, is very familiar with Bosch products and has an excellent reputation. I thought I was on the safe side with this purchase. After 6 months the cable tensioner broke. I sent it in for repair and it took about 2 weeks to get it back. The store said it takes some time to get the necessary replacement part. Now the brushes stop working for no apparent reason. I usually get it working by turning off the vacuum, unplugging the hose and plugging it back in, but not always. Sometimes I get frustrated and just walk away from him. I need to get it back to take care of it, just wasn't expecting it. We have two dogs and two cats so I have to vacuum often and it works well with pet hair. We have a combination of Berber carpet/laminate and vinyl flooring. It's great on slick floors and the head is small enough to get into small areas but not too small to take ages to get the job done. I like that it's not that loud, animals don't bother this vacuum and I can still hear my phone or doorbell ringing when I'm wearing it. There's a variable power mode, which comes in handy when you want to vacuum curtains or surfaces and don't need maximum suction power. Pros: Light weight, good suction and quiet. The lid for the attachments opens and they fall out, the pouches are small and expensive (regular pouches won't work on this model), the hose twists and bends, and the power cord is quite short. Overall I'm a bit disappointed with the vacuum cleaner. mainly due to renovation work. I love the features and can handle minor annoyances (short cord, flipping, etc.) but given the Bosch name and price I was expecting more.
