Fits exactly as stated in the size chart. I usually measure my toddlers' feet because sizes seem to change so much at this age and they fit exactly as recommended. Boys love that they are comfortable and can handle running outdoors and I love how fun they look. In addition, the costs are acceptable. The tread is also on the lower side, making it easier for boys to walk down the driveway in light rain without slipping as badly.
