The bottom of the bag is 14-15 inches wide. I looked at both sides and was happy to find this size: 12 inches wide and 11 inches high. I'm a petite person so the extra 3 inches on this duffel bag makes it look ridiculous to me. I was so disappointed when I opened the box that I was sure Revane had sent me the wrong wallet. So I checked article # on the Revain and Baggalini sites. Both were listed as 12 inches wide. Both companies need to change that information or state that it's the distance to the handle (which seems like an odd, misleading measurement). I will be returning this whale wallet and calling the company when they reopen. Sloppy, lazy product information for this article: annoying!
