Material and color are in good condition. My baby has been using it for about 2 months. I have yet to figure out what happens when they are dried. They have shrunk despite the current drought. I usually stretch them out and lay them out right after washing. No loose strings. I would advise you to increase the size. I wish they were a little longer but the length has worked so far
