Simple Useful Remedy For Teeth Grinding And Snoring
My husband and I both use this mouth guard to solve the teeth grinding problem and help with snoring and sleep apnea. The way they are worn pushes the lower jaw forward slightly, opening the throat and preventing snoring. We both tried simulated teeth grinding and found it too complicated and more painful than good. Although this product has a short adjustment period, there is hardly any irritation after adjustment and it is easy to clean with denture cleaning capsules.
