Review on πŸš— Automotive Tail Light Sequencer Kit: Compatible with 1996-2004 Ford Mustang by Steve Lawrence

Love this consistent rear light upgrade

It could have been an easy install. I'll start with the cons. As I said, it could take a maximum of 2 hours. Instead it took 3 fuses and 5 hours, all because the instructions don't remind you to wrap the bare wire but force you to cut and contact other bare metal. 3 hours after I asked; What happened. In their defense, I installed it on a 1995 Mustang (this product is for 96-02) with a taillight harness modified to use 96-98 taillights. However, a light mention can avoid these small problems. However, they are pretty cool and inexpensive. I use LEDs on the front so I had to buy a new LED turn signal and now they look like they should and are amazing. Also, be aware of the following installation issues. Test your headlights while the car is running, especially if you have LEDs. When it's off and you don't have a relay the 3rd light on the outsides will flash slightly but as soon as you turn on the machine it will flash but too fast (this is where the new turn signal comes in). I installed the flasher and now the sequential effect works great and nice. (Note: when the car is off, it flashes a little differently.) There's a sound coming out of the box, but only if you're paying attention. I also suggest that you install a turn signal first if you have LEDs to help you troubleshoot.
