Charming - my opinion
Bought for my 11 year old.
She is a tall girl and weighs about 105 pounds. It's lightweight so I paired it with a pair of capri leggings underneath and it was still very cute.
- my daughter loves this dress. I washed it and it hasn't shrunk. It also has pockets. Very nice!
- Judging by the fabric itself, it doesn't look new, let alone the stain on it. upset.
