I like this article very much! I just colored my hair and it was dry and I have split ends. I showered, towel dried my hair, applied conditioner, put on a shower cap, and then put on a thermal cap. I waited 14 minutes, washed my hair and dried it with a hair dryer. It didn't completely eliminate all split ends, maybe I just needed a trim, but my hair is much softer, smoother and shinier than before I started. I highly recommend this product, especially after coloring your hair. So repair!
