Good for stress and knuckle grinding - said student
It fits my hand very well (but my hands are smaller) and feels like playing with sand. It's not that soft, but at the same time it's easy to manipulate. Using this product strengthened my grip and relieved the joints in my hand as I don't tend to break joints/wrists that often. I think this will be a good product for people who have this bad habit as well as general stress.
