This thing is a joke. It doesn't even come close to cooling even if you add ice to the water. At high power, the fan doesn't even have enough power to work as a fan. Waste of time and definitely waste of money. Don't even think about buying this, and I suspect that's true of almost all of these "personal" air conditioners.
