I like to have my phone next to me when I'm in the pool. This product has kept my phone dry time and time again. Just last night I dropped it in a hot tub TWICE! and when my phone is dry it still works great. The touchscreen works well, but being plastic there is some air in the case, making it difficult to move from screen to screen. Easy to use, a bit difficult to open but that's good because it means it's a good seal. Warm. I'm not sure what is meant by heat.
