It was a bit wasteful, but my boyfriend and I just moved into a new apartment and I'm really sick of my old decision to just hide the tray behind a partition. Very durable. Looks and feels like REAL furniture. Looks just like the picture - no surprises. When I clean the box, I open the doors, pull the box/tray out about half way so I can scoop. I can even lean the shovel against the box by leaning it from the inside. Not a shovel fell! You can go as far as pulling the box/pot out all the way and climbing in with a small feather duster, but I don't do it out of laziness every time. The box is very easy to use and absolutely perfect. It seems like a ridiculous purchase, but honestly, it's worth it!
