I would like to give this product a higher rating. I received a very well packaged product with all the parts. However, the outer cat flap was missing 4 screw holes! Luckily I had a drill and drill on hand to fix this issue which would have made the product impossible to assemble and use. After fixing the said problem, the assembly was quite easy after several attempts. All in all a good end product, but the process to get there was less than ideal.

The cat litter furniture is beautiful and very durable; however, it should be higher. I have 2 medium sized kittens and needed to swap out their litter box for a smaller one so they have enough headroom to use the litter box comfortably. If I had a larger cat, like my Siamese who died in April of this year, I think it would be difficult for him to fit comfortably in a container. It's so cute and perfect for my cat. I was hoping he would take advantage of it and he does. I had a construction problem; I put the bottom panel back on and had to take it apart and put it back together when I was almost done. (Make sure the bottom panel lines up properly with the doors! It was a bit wasteful, but my boyfriend and I just moved into a new apartment and I'm really sick of my old decision to just hide the tray behind a partition. Very durable. I love this box and my cat does too. My cat is quite large and I was worried she wouldn't fit through the hole but she was able to get in and out easily. The doors are very easy to open and reach. It's a bit difficult to clean because it's so low, but I vacuum it once a week and it looks brand new. Fits in a fairly large crate and roomy enough inside for me to put a litter box. You have the option to place the entryway/towel rail on either side - we chose to show our entryway against the wall so it's not visible - this helped it blend in with the rest of the furniture in our home.
