I paint my nails weekly and occasionally use stickers to add interest to a nail or two. I use decals soaking paper backing in water then applying to the nail and very easy to work with. On the contrary, they are self-adhesive and very sticky. As a result, they require a lot of patience and control to get them right. There is a lot of variety in the set. Except for strawberries, everything else is floral, which is exactly what I wanted. There is also a wide range of colors, so there is something to match, contrast or highlight every nail colour. My personal favorites are bohemian flowers. Some are slightly longer than natural nails and are probably meant to be used on longer acrylic nails. Also, some of the lyrics/words are just clumsy and I personally wouldn't get them on my nails. You don't have to cut them out to use them. The kit comes with a pair of thin tweezers so you can pick up the sticker with the tweezers once you start removing the sticker from the backing. However, they are very sticky and it's fairly easy to mess up placement, resulting in a crease or raised edge. You have to walk them slowly and carefully. If you manage to stick the sticker evenly and correctly, all you need is a transparent top coat to protect it. It is important to note that if you misplace the decal, either by removing it or attempting to reposition it, the nail polish underneath will most likely be destroyed. really found them harder to remove than i expected. The nail polish remover didn't completely dissolve the material and I had to try extra. The polish peeled off around the decal leaving the decal and polish underneath. Additional remover was required to remove the decal and the polish underneath. The bottom line is these are not my favorite stickers to work with. I messed up a few and had a few raised edges. That can be a little disappointing, especially when you spend a lot of time painting your nails only to have a sticker ruining the final look. I will use them sometimes, but not often.
