The price of this service was very reasonable compared other services available online which also offer similar features but at much higher prices than what we paid.

I think that they could do better customer support as it seems difficult to get hold of someone who has answers if you are not able to speak English well enough or don't understand their language when responding back. They provide great value for money considering how easy it would take us months ourselves to build something such as theirs. We needed some help building an app so used them because of reviews from previous clients where happy customers were willing to recommend them without hesitation.
