I had a set of 10 year old original Osram discharge bulbs in my Acura TL and these bulbs have a noticeable improvement in brightness over their predecessors. One of my old lightbulbs started flickering and ran out, this is the perfect replacement. My old ones were excellent but these are on another level. These lamps have the same color temperature as factory lamps. They are snow-white at night and shine much better than conventional light bulbs at a distance. I expect them to have the same lifespan as the original Osrams. If you are looking for blue light bulbs, this is not for you. However, the color temperature is a pure and crisp white which is stunning and perfect especially in rainy weather. When you first turn them on, they turn blue-purple, but turn snow-white with hints of yellow and blue, and are great for rainy days.
