Great initial quality and comfort but after about 24 months the seat on the air spring started to wobble. Then last week, at the age of 32 months, the welds completely came apart, throwing me backwards and hitting the ground with the back of my head. It's been a week since I've used the clutch returns page and haven't heard a sound from them. (https://usa.clutchchairz.com/pages/returns) I am 42 years old and this is an everyday office chair. Nothing strict. I am at the top of the advertised ideal chair weight range and well below the maximum. I'm smaller so I wanted something that would fit. If this was a cheap chair I would just move on, but I did my research and expected quality to avoid repeat purchases. For comparison, a similar office chair I bought in 1999 for $250 has lasted 15 years with no problems (Grahl). Clutch Chairz, Crank Series, Delta Black/White Gaming Chair (black) = junk.
