Cheap price for a cheap product.
The highlight of this product is its capacity and price. The downside is everything else. Attach it to the end pieces. As if 24 of these guys weren't enough, they're tiny and you don't have a lot of room to work. Still understandable. However; I ordered 4 of these and they consisted of 5 bad screws, 2 unthreaded and 3 with deformed or uncut heads. In terms of quality I think they do what I need but they are a lot thinner. Plastic than other pairs I have and I wouldn't trust them if you pushed them or pulled heavy bottles out of them.
