Just got mine in the mail, looks like a good case overall. Installation was very easy, too easy. It feels a little flexible and loose, but fits well on the iPad and Apple Pencil. I bought this case mainly because of the holder on the side so my pen doesn't get lost and accidentally dropped. I haven't used the case yet, but I like that it has input and view functions. You just have to be careful as it looks like the case could easily detach (like the top right corner, it's really easy to pull it out of the corner). Where the Apple Pencil is located is also fragile, so care must be taken when pulling or removing the Apple Pencil. The flap is also annoying when you are not using it in write or surfing mode, as it dangles because there are no or only very weak magnets on the back to hold it. All in all, this is a great case, especially for those with limited abilities. It meets all the requirements I wanted. I wish it was red and more varied, but I'm happy with my purchase. I think this is the best option if you're looking for one to hold your Apple Pencil. PROS: - Feels protective - Nice case - Microfiber pouch (prevents screen scratches) - Charging Apple Pencil (Gen2) holder - Print AND View modes - Space to place Apple Pencil while writing (see hole) - Closes magnetically and stays closed - Case covers the entire iPad, not just some parts - easy to install/remove - buttons are easy to press CONS: - feels a little loose/thin compared to other cases - not a wide range of colors - Apple Pencil holder (Gen2 ) thin and you have to be careful - it's very easy to accidentally remove part of the cover, e.g. in a corner, if you're not careful - No magnets on the back when it's fully folded back (causing it to move/slip/rattle ) . All in all this is a great and fairly durable case that does what I need and fills the bill I needed. My only disappointment is the lack of color options and how easy it is to accidentally remove the case. If I grab it from the right side with the lid off, I can easily pull on the side where the Apple Pencil goes, which can be dangerous. The case can also be easily removed at the corners. Just needs a little more caution but overall happy and satisfied with the purchase and the product, especially for the limited options out there. the case still fits the pencil! I'm more than happy about that. Now it doesn't FULLY close due to the skin on the pin, but it still closes enough to still have a sleep/wake function. There is a slight bulge on the side where the pen holder is, but not enough to bother me. Only a bit disturbing for aesthetic reasons, but still functional. In any case, I will take an extra protection for my pencil, not an aesthetic. Very happy that the case still fits the 0.35-0.6mm silicone shell pin. Just an update for those looking for a case that can hold a pencil and also has a sleeve.
