Wrong statements are not smart at all

Bought this item for my garage as it needed 8000 lumens each. I was really looking forward to improving the brightness. Unfortunately, this product doesn't come close to 8000 lumens. I measured around 1600 lumens, not even 25% of what was advertised. Really disappointed. They also claim 80 watts, but I only measured 11 watts. Also, it is not waterproof at all, the circuit is directly exposed to water. One of the pictures shows the device from the outside, I would never put it outside. See my photo, the holes in the body let water through. All around very deceptive.
