My baby is chubby. He is 1 year old, almost 2 but has been wearing a size 2T for a few months. I went by the reviews many of which are true to size so I bought the 2T and it was snug on it, especially in the arm area. This is very disappointing because this sweater is very cute! Unfortunately, he will not wear it a second time. If you like it very much, take 1 size up than usual.
