Review on Shogun Fight Fighting Grappling Compression by Chris Lapan

Updated: Shogun took care of it and did everything. The rashguard I received with thread issues was a manufacturing accident and I have worked hard to get a replacement with no issues. Shogun customer service came quickly and took care of the problem and then a few others. Highly recommended. Thanks very much! This rashguard is great and the material feels very durable, however during my FIRST session on my feet wearing it two feet of thread came loose on the mats. In the second grade everything was fine, but in the third grade there are more problems with the threads and I took this picture right after. You can see more threads unraveling and if you look closely you can see the thread fraying. It doesn't happen in one place, it happens all over the shirt. We ride hard at our school, it's not like we ride on sandpaper and break our gear. For the price, I expected this rashguard to last at least six months with normal use. I tried to contact ShoGun via Revain and got no response from ANYONE. If the company responds to me, I will update my review. I hope this is a weird bug and the jersey change will take care of it. Update: The entire armpit area was falling apart and opening up, I didn't realize it when I took the first picture. Have requested a refund and have not received a response yet. Update 2: ShoGun contacted me but I missed their emails due to Gmail's spam filter. The rep said it was indeed a defect and NOT normal. I'm in the business of replacing the shirt, not refunding it, because it's a really good rashguard. I will update my review again when the issue with them is resolved.
