It has been really helpful for me to be able assign tickets right away without having to create them myself or wait until I have time later in my day/weekend (which leads more often than not being too late). Also it helps with prioritization by assigning workflows which allows you as an admin user to easily see where we are at each stage within those projects so can make changes accordingly if needed! There could definitely use some improvements like maybe adding additional options when creating new issues? But overall this product works great once used correctly. Tracking bugs from our clients who outsource their development tasks via other third party service providers such as Upwork etc. This software makes sure everything gets filed properly under client's account id allowing us admins access directly into ticket details including screenshots showing what was done wrong.
