I've tried different shampoos over the years when I switched from the ones that worked to the newest my hair was very dry and didn't feel good. I have normal hair, not curly or soft like a normal black haired person. This Dove shampoo is one of the few that really helps keep my hair clean, smooth and full of color. The bottle is triangular in shape which really helps when my hands are wet and a regular shower bottle slips out, but I have more grip with this bottle. It smells so good which is a plus for a shampoo that works. It's also similar in viscosity to hand cream, but it's a lot thicker, so it feels nice and smooth when you massage it into your hair.
