It should have been a success. I was really looking forward to this gadget to free up more desktop space. When it arrived I felt the package was a good weight. I excitedly opened it up and was pleased to see that only 4 screws were already attached, 2 legs and 4 wall plugs. Piece of the pie, right? no Only two of the four bolts were tightened properly for the bolt caps. One leg stood perfectly and the other broke. Since the return trip wasn't worth it, I used a hammer to drive in the other screws on the "bad side" (the screws are part of the platform, they can't be removed). It worked somehow. I managed to hold the screws but they aren't flush so the whole right side is wobbling. That's how long it holds the monitor, but I didn't pay for that. I mean how hard is it to check the quality of 4 screws? I would not order from this company again.
