This is a very good waist trainer for working out, and just okay as a girdle. It stays in place very well when moving around and it can be adjusted to be rather tight. My only issue is how short it is, it only covers your middle section, comes just barely below the belly button. It doesn’t help hold in any lower belly fat. If it were just a few inches longer it would be fantastic. It does help a lot with posture.The piece itself is well made and the material is soft and comfortable against your skin. I wore it at work, so 8 hours a day, and it never irritated me and never felt really hot. When I was home and doing some cleaning with it on, then it started to feel warm but not too bad. It uses a different kind of Velcro that I really like, you are able to stick it to almost any part of the trainer for maximum tightness. The material does get stretched out after a while, so be careful when choosing a size. I already wish I had ordered a lower size because of that stretch and also losing a bit of weight.This is a good option but I do recommend it more for working out. There are better options if you are looking to use it as a girdle.
