Mic quality blows my Yeti snowball away. Adjusting omi vs directional can be very useful depending on what you're doing. The microphone monitoring function works very well with no latency. The only problem with this feature is that windows treats the microphone as an output from another speaker, but I think this is probably the best way to handle this without additional software, and if you know how to bypass the windows audio options, you can make everything work great.
