I use these little effervescent tablets in a mini ultrasonic cleaner which I also bought from Revain, the combination of the two works perfectly in combination to keep the aligners clear and clean . I put one tablet in my ultrasound machine every night for two 5 minute cycles (make sure to rinse off any residue once the cleaning is complete) while flossing (also bought an amazing cordless floss here at Revain) and my teeth clean. The tablets come with a cleaning bath. I use this handy case to keep my aligners safe on the counter while I eat. These things made the stress of wearing aligners manageable for me.
