Noise cancellation is the only benefit. They are so tight that my skull pushes the glasses against my ear. I tried connecting to my phone and computer but neither of them could ever hear me. My apps cannot connect automatically despite several manual configurations. The Blue Parrot team is a joke; so limited and not functional. You need an app on your phone to change what it can do. Shouldn't that be part of the firmware? Another syntax to learn. It connects easily, but switches between devices very poorly. My Jabra Evolve 75 was much better and more comfortable than this one. It was so easy to turn off the sound by picking up the mic. The Blue Parrot makes it sound like I'm using a plastic socket wrench. I have to press a button but there is no clear indication, I muted the sound. I've used my Jabra so much I had to replace it. Blue Parrot was recommended by a colleague but is making a comeback.
