Review on 👜 Adjustable Demi Hugger Luggage Strap by Jennifer Mounce

Seems like a great idea and although I saw a reviewer comment that his elderly relative had problems with it I ordered this luggage strap. When it got here, I found I had a hard time using it too. On its own the strap doesn't 'give' too much (that's a good thing) but it also barely wraps around my empty luggage under the seat. The hook and loop are very strong and I had a hard time using them to pull apart. When the day of my flight came, my friend grabbed both bags and wheeled them back to his car. He put me down (I told him I could do everything myself) and I tried to put the small bag on top of the big one. I couldn't buckle the already loaded bag and after a few tries I gave up and just pulled out both bags, checked in the big bag and took the small bag with me. I will be returning this item with the regret that it did not work for me as I had hoped. I am 73 years old and have some back problems. I think young people may not have the same difficulties with this as I do. I give it four stars but with the caveat that anyone with arthritic hands or general limitations should look elsewhere.
