Review on ECO WORTHY Charger Inverter Controller Off Grid by Marcus Chavva

I bought it on June 23 but didn't even connect it because I had to wait for my ordered batteries. My batteries were delivered today, I came home and picked up my Eco Worthy inverter. When I connected the included power cord, it got so lost that it fell out. It only stays on halfway. But there is too much play up and down. Left to right. I'm afraid to leave it like this as long as I have a fridge hooked up to it. This usually happens after prolonged use when the cord is pulled or unplugged. As I have not used this product and it looks new, it is most likely the power cord/or the AC input jack on the inverter. Well, the date I can request a replacement has already passed, so I guess I'm stuck in a security issue. Maybe the seller will send me a replacement cord and AC input. Mounted with just two screws. I'll wait and see if I get an answer.
