Review on Caltric Carburetor for Honda TRX300 Fourtrax 300 (1988-2000) - Compatible Replacement by Corey Bigglesworth

I bought this for my TRX300. I thought I was going to rebuild my carburetor, but by the time I priced the rebuild kit and new filler piston I was down to $38. I was able to buy this carburetor for 60 shipping. It was a direct exchange. As other people have said you should buy a new longer fuel line as the orientation of the fuel inlet makes it difficult to reuse the old fuel line. I also replaced the bleed lines (this one is triple bled) with some new, longer ones to keep them in place. works great it used to have a terrible idle - it cuts out all the time - it hesitated etc. That carburettor made all the difference. Despite not being prime, it was delivered very quickly. I received it faster than the estimated date. A+
