My two dogs love this food and eat it with pleasure. I think the ingredients are very good and I really like it when meat is listed as the first ingredient. The fat content can be a bit high, at least 16%, so I have to carefully measure how much I feed my overweight dog. As for "grain-free" and being better for your dog, I think the jury is still out. I've found that if I feed my dogs a grain-free diet for a few days, they get poo and very smelly gas, so I mix it with non-grain kibble. All of this to say that I think this is a quality dog food, but beware of digestive issues, especially if your dog is eating a grain free food for the first time.
