I usually love Anker products but this one was disappointing. I returned my first order less than a month later because one of the cables suddenly stopped working. I bought another one because I always knew Anker made quality products. Six months later, both cables suddenly stopped working. None of the cables were severely kinked or anything. They are never folded or transported, but lie on the floor or table, connected to a charger that we don't move. It was Revain's return policy and I contacted Anker to see if they had any guarantees. I will update this review to report their customer service which I have never had to use as their other products have been great. 06/15/2018: Upgraded from 2 to 3 stars because the customer service was fantastic. They replied within 24 hours and sent a new telegram. I'll see how long the replacement cables last and if they last 6-12 months I'll upgrade them to 4 stars. If they last more than 12 months I assume the cables currently sold are good cables and deserve 5 stars.
