Came very knotted up and kinks in it all throughout the pony from where they bent it and then shipped it to me. Very awkward and hard to put in because it is so thick with the velcro piece that it doesn't look like the photos or videos I watched. Also it is soooo Heavy! If you already have thick hair then maybe it would be fine bc you are already use to the weight and have more hair to tuck the clip into and wrap around but my hair is very very very thin so it’s so heavy that I can’t even wear it without it just falling off my head by loosening my ponytail. I will most likely try cutting it and just using it as a thick ponytail instead of a long pony like I bought it for. I still don't recommend bc the velcro sticks to your hair and pulls it out which is very unhealthy plus sticks to the hair on the pony and makes it a mess to work with and is bulky once you get it wrapped around your own pony.
