Ok I bought this for my two year old because we love dinosaurs and drawing so it wasn't a huge loss and we still enjoyed ourselves. BUT I don't understand who these figurines are for several reasons: It is a ceramic figurine that is better displayed than played with and nobody who knows much about dinosaurs would want to display these outdated figurines. Consider how far dinosaur paleontology has come since Hawkins first created his sculptures, and you might think these models could be a bit more accurate. If they were playable it wouldn't matter much so consider this a good one off activity and certainly not for 8+ like the box suggests.
