Comparable to expensive brands

Great value, I replaced an expensive cardiology III with this.
The ear pieces fell off this and had to be replaced which is my only complaint after about 6 months. For cotext I'm a hospitalist

Great quality. Bell is heavy and causes it to slide off when carried around neck. Great extra to have.
