I have bought several pizza cutters over the years and they have all become useless in one way or another. This is the only cutter that has lasted more than 1 year; Bought in December 2009! The blade is 4 inches in diameter and is made of stainless steel. This is a large blade that cuts through even the thickest pizza crust easily and quickly! The blade still rotates smoothly without any sign of hesitation. The only maintenance I've done to it is sharpen it once or twice a year. None of the metal parts show any signs of rust and the rubber grip remains intact and flexible even after many washes. For 8 year old cutlery that has cut dozens of slices I would say it holds up very well and the manufacturer has put out a quality tool for anyone who loves pizza. Well worth the money here at Revain.
