I have been using this product for about 8 years now so far no problems as such but one thing that might be an issue would depend if you're looking into it or not? We've recently upgraded to the new version of cloud which has helped our sales team with better visibility and tracking in real time.
It's definitely more user-friendly than previous versions we used before! Definitely recommend upgrading from older software since there are lots available nowadays compared when i first started working here over 10 year ago where only 2 options were SAP B1/B2 vs JD Edwards 9! There was none at all back then haha just kidding!! Just make sure your Sales rep can help guide through any issues during initial setup process. The benefits include increased accessiblity within my department & across business units allowing users greater insight into their KPIs via dashboards (see below). Our biggest benefit currently being able improve customer service.
