The product arrived working but there was a loose item in the sealed box. However, the product worked perfectly for 5 months and was used to charge a 12V gel cell battery. The product failed after 5 months, no power. We opened the sealed case and found a small ferrite bead floating inside. No idea if that was the reason for the cancellation.
