Always wanted a sonic machine and bought 3 of these for me and the kids. The alarm clock is ok but the sounds are awful and not relaxing at all. Everyone has annoying animals that interrupt noise. There is no thunderstorm, seagulls screech in the sea, owls screech in the forest, horses whinny and the birds annoy. Rain is a gentle drop and not relaxing at all. They all have a 10-second snooze function, so annoying animal noises quickly repeat themselves. Whoever made the noise for this should be fired. If you are looking for relaxing sounds, this is NOT a good sound machine for relaxing and sleeping.
