Didn't survive shipping
With a shipping weight of 119 pounds it shouldn't have been in a flimsy box! Each edge was thin or completely worn, and the corners were damaged. The bed frame was bent in at least 2 places, the plastic was broken. There could have been more damage but I didn't unpack after opening the end and seeing the damage. It took me hours, sheets of cardboard and 2 rolls of tape to fix it for a refund. Luckily the UPS return shipping cost me free. In 2017 I purchased an adjustable bed from Leggett & Platte through AZ and it arrived in perfect condition as it was shipped by truck not UPS. I like this frame but I will buy it locally.
