Unhappy with the customer service provided by UESWILL

Recently, I bought a laptop case and keyboard cover from the online store of UESWILL, but sadly, I was quite unimpressed with their customer service. Although the items themselves were of high quality and precisely fit my laptop, I had some inquiries about my order and was unable to receive a prompt answer from their customer support staff. When I did eventually get an answer, it wasn't helpful and made me angry and disappointed. Additionally, their return policy wasn't as accommodating as I had hoped, which made it challenging to return the goods when they didn't exactly live up to my expectations. Overall, despite the fact that UESWILL's items may be of high quality, their customer service was far from ideal. I would advise anyone thinking about making a purchase from their online store to carefully research their return policy before doing so and to be ready for potential communication problems.
