The most useful thing I like about this software are its reports, which give me an overview of my daily work with all data in one place (where to find it before). It's also very simple for a beginner because there are not too many options you have to choose between. Sometimes we need some help to understand how to use it properly but that can be resolved by contacting customer support. This program has helped us to improve our efficiency greatly! We've been able to track our shipments on time and reduce delays during transportations. I like the fact that it is very easy to use and the customer support is fantastic. The system is very reliable. The price is great for the features that it offers. I can't think of anything that I dislike. The system works very well and is very easy to use. I highly recommend that anyone that is looking for a tracking system check this one out. We are able to track our products from the time they leave our facility to when they reach our customers.
