I have a car dvr that attaches to my rear view mirror and the tf card goes in the top of the unit and I always had to pull the rear view mirror down to put the card in and out. This device allows me to remove and replace the card as needed without changing the position of the rear view mirror. In fact, I was a bit surprised that it would work since it was primarily designed to be used with 3D printers. I have a 3D printer and it works. The price is very affordable and this item is a great way to deal with small TF card using it with SD card. Or, better yet, you can use an SD card. Worth buying.
