There is no 240p out
I used this to convert VGA from a RASPBERRY PIE running retro to CGA on an arcade machine and while that worked the output is 480i. So if you want to get 240p output, look elsewhere. As for the raspberry, I ended up making a homemade VGA-RGB/ES connector and setting the configuration in the raspberry to output 240p at 15kHz and it ended up looking MUCH BETTER.
