Review on Augmented Manual Procedures (AMP) by Brant Skogen

I like the fact that it is easy to use. It was intuitive for me to learn how to create my first procedure. I also find the system easy to navigate around the different modules. The system does not have any in depth tutorials or help guides to aid you in learning how to use the system. There are very few videos available online that show how to do things with the product. Since there are so many steps involved to complete each task, I would recommend having someone from a customer service department assist you in learning how to use the product. This will allow you to get up to speed faster and be more efficient on your own. We are able to see all of our work orders in one place, along with our progress on each order.
