Overall, I'm very pleased with this elliptical. It didn't take me too long to assemble- the directions were clear and easy to follow. I could, at times, have used an extra set of hands but I was able to assemble it myself.I easily paired it with my phone and have had several workouts on it. The range of motion is good, just a little binding on the thighs, but not bad. I like that I'm able to choose from a few different basic workouts using the app, which gives me some variety in my workout. I haven't tried the video workouts yet. I've even posted one of my workouts on FB to much praise and encouragement.The unit has developed some squeaks after not too much use; it was quiet initially. I'm going to spray it with graphite lubricant and see if that helps.
