Not bad at all - tools and equipment
The jack legs seem very solid. I carefully checked how the pawl and ratchet fit together, and the pawl seems to hold the ratchet fairly tightly, as does the safety pin. Of course, I always leave the jack under the car when I'm working, but I'm much more comfortable with these jack stands. The packaging was terrible. The box was completely torn apart and the ratchet was separate so it banged against the stand giving the impression that it had already been used. I don't think it was and was just bad packaging and shipping.
